Company Info

Spirit Pilot Shop may be a newer business on the field at KSUS, Spirit Airport, but the space known to the locals as simply "The Pilot Shop" has been occupied by a pilot supply store for decades. Over the years this specialty retail outlet has changed hands a few times, experienced a great flood and has quietly witnessed the exponential expansion of the area known as Chesterfield Valley.

Keeping in the same spirit as the previous owners and management, Spirit Pilot Shop will continue to carry pilot supplies and accessories as well as training aids and prep books. We are excited to bring you our NEW online storefront. It's a simple online shop, but it's full of deals only available through ordering here.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
For your convenience, Spirit Pilot Shop offers a variety of shipping options via UPS, FedEx or USPS.  To ensure timely processing and delivery of your order, please complete all contact, billing, shipping and payment information as accurately as possible.  In the event of an order processing obstacle, you will be contacted within one business day via phone or email and order will not move forward until all issues are resolved.

Please allow 24 hours for payment processing and address verification, in addition to the average transit times below:

GROUND TRANSIT TIMES:
Pacific Coast: 4-5 Business Days
Western US: 3-4 Business Days
Midwestern US: 2-3 Business Days
Eastern US: 3-4 Business Days

For express shipments, Spirit Pilot Shop recommends that our customers contact us first via phone or email to verify product availability, before placing costly rush orders.

It is the policy of Spirit Pilot Shop NOT to ship to US Business Address & Mail Forwarding Services.


RETURN POLICY:
Returns/Exchanges will be accepted and credited as follows with proper authorization from Spirit Pilot Shop:

Items returned within 30 days unopened, in original packaging will receive full credit back to the payment source, less shipping and sales tax, upon receipt provided original seller information is included in the return shipment.  Please be sure to include original receipt in the shipment to receive refund. 

Items returned without original receipt will be issued a store credit in lieu of refund.  When returning an item without the original receipt, please specify if you would prefer to receive confirmation of store credit via email or USPS.

Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items returned opened, out of the original package, or displaying signs of wear/usage are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Spirit Pilot Shop reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the product.  Should the condition of the product be determined as unsellable by Spirit Pilot Shop, the product may be returned to the buyer with no refund issued.

Please notify Spirit Pilot Shop of your intent to return any products for refund/exchange by calling 636-530-9013 or by emailing info@spiritpilotshop.com. You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) in order to return a purchase.
